Vocab Review #1

  • Analogous Colors: A group of colors that are next to each other on the color wheel.
  • Complementary Colors: Colors that, when combined (red/green and blue/orange) produce white light.
  • Primary Colors: Any group of colors that can be obtained my mixing.
  • Secondary Colors: The result of mixing two primary colors.
  • Tertiary Colors: The result of mixing a primary color and a secondary color together.
  • Asymmetry: Lack of being equal between parts or aspects of something.
  • Symmetry: Made up of similar parts facing each other.
